The focus is to get you playing along with music as soon as possible.  There are approximately 10 drum patterns in their basic form that can be used to play along with most of the songs out there.

Our learning method is unique to WANNABEEADRUMMER. The method is computer generated drum tracks that have been developed over the last fifteen years. With the use of electronic drums you will not only hear the drum patterns but also see and follow the notation on our computer monitor. This method allows you to learn at your own pace as well as presenting a strong visual image of the drum notation. These practice tracks can be emailed to you at the end of a lesson to be played on your home computer. Another advantage of using electronic drums for learning is the ability to play along to songs at moderate volumes. The worlds top drum teachers recommend you spend 50% of your practice time on pads and the rest on acoustic drums, so think of the electronic drums as practice pads with sound. Most drum studio's are located in a windowless basement room, our teaching area is on the main floor allowing for natural sunlight, breeze and a comfortable atmosphere. The Studio is also equiped with internet allowing access to You Tube Music Video's for playalong and musical research purposes.
